Our Own Waterproof EPDM
Our fully recyclable, waterproof EPDM sheeting, with proven durability of over 50 years, is prefabricated in our North Wales factory. Ideal for flat or pitched roofs, we can provide sheets of any size and shape, offering an all-in-one cost-effective installation.

With over 40 years of flat roofing knowledge, evolving from the days of mastic asphalt and bituminous felt into modern cold-applied system installers, specialising in single-ply membranes and liquid-applied waterproofing. AAC are Approved Installers for Protan, Sika Sarnafil and Prelasti Systems (EPDM and/or Liquid-applied systems).
For the last 15 years, we have also led the way in supplying and installing many stunning green roofs, with all the environmental benefits they can offer a development.
Our contract managers have CITB site supervision qualifications (SMSTS) and all of our operatives are fully trained specialists, with relevant construction-related training for working safely.
